Setup the global settings of the

- The
site administrator can access a large number of options related to
system setup: additional services,
taxes, the default calendar,
featured properties, payment processors
(more than 10), display
style (6 available) and
design schemes (10 already
implemented), currencies, email
settings and a lot of other options.If you want to access

- The
admin decides also if the script will work only for rental
properties or for real estate (both options are also
available), if the script is master or
slave.

| Define user profiles and subscription based
advertising |
- As site admin you can define user
profiles for the property owners willing to advertise their
properties in the system. These profiles are extremely flexible and
through them you can allow/restrict the use of script
features.
- Subscription based advertising
packages can be associated with the profiles; the length, the value
and the number of advertised properties can be established by the
admin and the payment can be done at registration or
later.
